A national vision for the application of professional transformation literature by making use of the literature of the International Federation of Pharmacists in the field of professional transformation for quality pharmaceutical care services

Under the World Health Organization (WHO)’s Revised Drug Strategy adopted by the World Health Assembly in 1986, WHO organized two meetings on the role of the pharmacist, in Delhi, India in 1988 and in Tokyo, Japan in 1993. This was followed by the adoption, in May 1994, of the World Health Assembly Resolution WHA47.12 on the role of the pharmacist, in support of the WHO Revised Drug Strategy. 

WHY INVEST IN THE PHARMACEUTICAL WORKFORCE? Access to quality essential health services, and safe and effective medicines and vaccines, is fundamental to achieving universal health coverage (UHC) by 2030 as outlined in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This is of concern to all countries, irrespective of culture or wealth.

FIP would like to thank all the chapter and case study authors who kindly agreed to contribute to this publication. We offer thanks to FIP member organisations for their collaboration and generosity in sharing their experience and advocacy strategy

This Statement of Policy is based on the reference document ‘Patient safety: Pharmacists’ role in  delivering medications without harm’ to be published in 2020 which aims to serve as a platform to inform policy and practice development of patient safety initiatives internationally. The Statement of Policy is intended to support these initiatives, with a focus on medication safety.

The conference provided excellent presentations and rich discussions, which showed not only the vital importance of vaccines for people of all ages, and particularly for children and older adults, but also the key roles that pharmacists play in improving awareness and trust in vaccines, and in increasing vaccination coverage and uptake.

استنادا إلى نصوص الشريعة الإسلامية  السمحة التي تشدد على حفظ الكليات (العقل والعبادة والمال والجسد والنسل  ) , و درء المشقة  , و تفرق بين القصد والخطاء  , و  تقيم الضرر و جبر الضرر من خلال التعويض العادل  ,في المعاملات ومنها التطبب والعلاج   .و من مبادئ الإعلان العالمي  لحقوق الإنسان 1948م   ,في المادة   52 منه والتي نصت على حق الإنسان في رعاية  صحية وطبية مناسبة بوصفة حق أساسي

These drugs dispensed in some simple cases & the pharmacist should  care about the right communication to refer the right kind of patient to the physician properly .
